Sports and Fitness
We encourage all our students to lead active and healthy lifestyles. We can offer advice and support to help you to achieve your health, fitness and sporting goals. Regent's University London offer a variety of options, including team sports, exercise classes and well-being initiatives.
Regent's competitive sport teams sit under the Sport and Recreation Society. Currently, we have four sports teams, which include: Men's Football, Men's Basketball, Mixed Volleyball and Polo. Our sport teams compete in the London Universities Sport League (LUSL) where they have weekly matches against other universities in London.
Regent's University London has a partnership with The Regent's Place Health Club, where students can buy affordable student memberships. We also offer fitness classes on campus to students that take place in Darwin Studio 1. These sessions include, Box Fit, Zumba and Yogalates.
There are also many opportunities to participate in other sports, such as table tennis, tennis, golf and fencing. If you wish to pursue any of these sports competitively we will assist you in creating a club at university or joining a locally based set up.
